How and Why Was FERH.Hair Created?

FERH.Hair was born out of necessity—my necessity. My name is Eboni Pearce, the creator and owner of FERH.Hair, and my journey began with the struggle to find products that truly nourished my hair. Despite having hair that looked similar to others, mine was constantly thirsty—left dry and unprotected just days after styling.

I needed a hair care system that worked with my routine: washing every other week and relying on protective styles like twists and braids in between. But most products on the market didn’t align with my needs. In 2020, I received a vision from the Holy Spirit (yes, that Holy Spirit—the One from the Holy Trinity with the Father and the Son), and I got to work creating formulas that would finally meet the demands of my hair and my daughters' hair.

With my 4B/4C, medium-porosity, thick-strand, medium-to-high-density hair, my oldest daughter’s 4C, medium-porosity, thick-strand, medium-density hair, and my youngest’s 4B, medium-porosity, thick-strand, high-density hair, I quickly realized I wasn’t alone in this challenge. Like many moms, I wanted simplicity. I needed products that worked seamlessly across different hair types in my household—something effective, reliable, and free from an overwhelming number of steps and choices.

My goal was clear:

• Products that kept our hair moisturized and protected for a week and a half—regardless of exposure to water.
  
  

• A system that allowed me to refresh styles effortlessly once the oil and butter seal began to break.
  
  

• Ingredients rich in minerals and vitamins to strengthen follicles, prevent breakage, and minimize excessive tangling.
  
  

• A routine that brought our entire wash day—including washing, conditioning, detangling, and styling—down to under three hours.
  
  

• Plant-based, natural ingredients with a reasonable shelf life.
  
  

After five years of dedicated research, trial and error, and most importantly, faith—FERH.Hair was born. Sometimes, the process was simply about listening to God and stepping forward in faith. "For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." — 2 Timothy 1:7.

Who Is FERH.Hair For?

FERH.Hair is designed for individuals with sensitive scalps who experience discomfort due to dryness or an imbalanced pH—often caused by harsh ingredients in mainstream hair products. While our formulations are crafted with the needs of those with hair types ranging from 3A to 4D in mind, our products are suitable for all hair types. We encourage each user to tailor their application to their hair’s unique needs for optimal care.
